Clean hotel, lovely staff & brilliant location to centre of the town. The location in the centre of the city. Nearby White Horse & Griffin - great place to chill out. Tidy rooms on a lower level!

The room was spotless and beautifully designed with a view, I was happy about that.

The clear instructions for entry were a lifesaver upon my arrival, and I appreciated the generous tea and biscuit supply in my room.

The room was tidy, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable.

The cozy room was lovely, but the stairs were challenging for my mobility.

Perfect for a cozy getaway

You know, the water pressure in the shower was just amazing! And the tea/coffee setup was like something out of a movie. Those little details mattered a lot .

It wasn't cheap, but I can accept that for the quality.

Lovely decor in the hall

A great stay with immaculate cleanliness and a lovely room that felt more upscale compared to other places visited in the past. The central location made it easy to explore local attractions, and the little touches, like extra wash items and generous tea supplies, were good. The only drawback was the absence of internet access, a minor inconvenience. Parking can be tricky, with limited spots available at the nearby Church Street car park.

The room offers superb cleanliness and a well-appointed bathroom with an excellent shower. Its central location makes accessing local eateries and attractions easy, with a great fish restaurant right next door and a cozy café just across the street for breakfast.

The check-in process felt a bit disorganized. Waiting outside in the rain for a code that turned out to be canceled was frustrating. Some rooms have less desirable views and can get quite hot, even with a fan provided. The absence of clear information regarding the 'no contact' aspect of the stay could catch some off guard, and those with mobility challenges should note the steep access to the rooms.

The location is super central. The room was really clean and had plenty of hanging and drawer space. I loved the powerful shower and the bottles of water and lots of tea and coffee supplies. It really stands out!

Amazing place with its tv, electric kettle, and no-smoking policy. On my first stay, the staff provided great shopping tips that I still remember. Highly recommend for a city break!
